PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #9 Liquor Store Liquor License application for Hacienda Mini Mart.
BACKGROUND:
Wendy Mae Reichert has applied for a Series #9 liquor store liquor license for Hacienda Mini Mart, 3618 S. Jamaica Boulevard. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. The location is properly zoned for a Series #9 liquor license.
This application was reviewed internally, and no objections were received:

No objections. No outstanding violations on this property. Use is permitted in C-2, General Commercial District.
Administrative Services Department:
No objections.
Fire Department:
No objections.
Police Department:
No objections.
Series #9 License - This license is a "quota" license available only through the Liquor License Lottery or for purchase on the open market. Once issued, this liquor license is transferable from person to person and/or location to location within the same county and allows a spirituous liquor store retailer to sell all types of spirituous liquors, only in the original unbroken package, to be taken away from the premises of the retailer and consumed off the premises. A retailer with off-sale privileges may deliver spirituous liquor off of the licensed premises in connection with a retail sale.
