PURPOSE:
To ensure compliance with the City’s current contracted service agency agreements.
BACKGROUND:
As part of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 contracted service agency agreements with H.A.V.E.N. Family Resource Center and Western Arizona Humane Society (WAHS), statistical data reporting to the City is required. This is the 1st and 2nd quarter reporting for FY 2023-24. The presentation of this information is delayed due to late reporting from WAHS.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Outsourcing these services enables the City to provide services that potentially could not be available to the community otherwise.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The annual contract for H.A.V.E.N. in FY 2023-24 is $100,000.
The annual contract for Western Arizona Humane Society in FY 2023-24 is $200,000.
