PURPOSE:

To abandon the 8-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement located along the west property line of Tract 2322, Block 2, Lot 12, excluding the rear 10 feet.

 

BACKGROUND:

The property owners of 1821 Ambassador Drive are proposing to make improvements to the property and requested to abandon the existing easement to make room for the proposed work.

 

All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement. No objections were received.

 

COMMUNITY IMPACT:

N/A

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation, and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.
