PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #7 Beer & Wine Bar Liquor License application for Summeray Wine Bar & Local Eatery.
BACKGROUND:
Summer Yvonne Tilgner has applied for a Series #7 beer & wine bar liquor license for Summeray Wine Bar & Local Eatery, 2097 McCulloch Boulevard North #100. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. The location is properly zoned for a Series #7 liquor license.
This license is transferable from person to person and/or location to location within the same county and allows the holder both on- & off-sale retail privileges. This license allows a beer and wine bar retailer to sell and serve beer and wine (no other spirituous liquors), primarily by individual portions, to be consumed on the premises and in the original container for consumption on or off the premises. A retailer with off-sale ("To Go") privileges may deliver spirituous liquor off of the licensed premises in connection with a retail sale.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
