PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #10 Beer & Wine Store Liquor License application for Motor and Boat Food & Fuel.
BACKGROUND:
Susan Marie Stocker has applied for a Series #10 beer and wine store liquor license for Motor and Boat Food & Fuel, 2890 Jamaica Boulevard South. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. This location is properly zoned for a Series #10 liquor license.
This non-transferable, off-sale retail privileges liquor license allows a retail store to sell beer and wine (no other spirituous liquors), only in the original unbroken package, to be taken away from the premises of the retailer and consumed off the premises. A retailer with off-sale privileges may deliver spirituous liquor off of the licensed premises in connection with a retail sale.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
