PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License application for Place to Be.
BACKGROUND:
Vincent Egidiu Desisto has applied for a Series #12 restaurant liquor license for Place to Be, 333 Lake Havasu Avenue South. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. The location is properly zoned for a Series #12 liquor license.
This non-transferable, on-sale retail privileges liquor license allows the holder of a restaurant license to sell and serve all types of spirituous liquor solely for consumption on the premises of an establishment which derives at least forty percent (40%) of its gross revenue from the sale of food.
Staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
