PURPOSE:
To dedicate a 10-foot public utility easement to accommodate proposed utility lines on a City-owned property at the northeast corner of London Bridge Road and Sailing Hawks Drive, as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
BACKGROUND:
The subject property is a City-owned parcel that is home to a sewer lift station. The property abuts The Coves at Sailing Hawks subdivision that is under construction. The subdivision developer is asking for dedication of the 10-foot public utility easement to more easily provide utilities to the new subdivision.
The Lake Havasu City Public Works Department participated in the review and approval of the dedication of the proposed easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:

FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation of the new subdivision, and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.
