PURPOSE:
To abandon the entire 10-foot by 65-foot and the entire 10-foot by 95-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easements located along the westerly property lines of Tract 2319, Block 3, Lot 11.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner proposes to expand the buildable area of the property.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 19-3366 to abandon the entire 10-foot by 65-foot and the entire 10-foot by 95-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easements located along the westerly property lines of Tract 2319, Block 3, Lot 11, as described in the attached Exhibits A and B, to create additional building area.
