PURPOSE:
To abandon the southerly 10-foot by 20-foot portion of the 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the western property line of Tract 2218, Block 7, Lot 12.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner proposes to expand the buildable area of the property.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 19-3365 to abandon the southerly 10-foot by 20-foot portion of the 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the western property line of Tract 2218, Block 7, Lot 12, as described in the attached Exhibits A and B, to create additional building area.
