PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License application for Streetside Coffee Co.
BACKGROUND:
Steven Alan Thomas has applied for a Series #12 restaurant liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. This location is properly zoned for a Series #12 liquor license.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
