PURPOSE:
To abandon the westerly 3-foot by 40-foot portion of an 8-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement, along the eastern property line of Tract 2190, Block 4, Lot 20.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner proposes to expand the buildable area of the property.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 19-3357 abandoning the westerly 3-foot by 40-foot portion of an 8-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement, along the eastern property line of Tract 2190, Block 4, Lot 20, as described in the attached Exhibits A and B, to create additional building area.
