PURPOSE:
To approve and authorize the Police Chief to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
BACKGROUND:
This MOU will allow the Lake Havasu City Police Department to work with the Arizona Department of Public Safety in regards to law enforcement support and services.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
This MOU will enhance law enforcement capabilities within the community.
