PURPOSE:

To approve the Final Subdivision Plat for Tract 2380, a portion of Havasu Foothills Estates Phase II, the Villas, the subdivision of 57 residential lots, public right-of-way, and Parcel A. 

 

BACKGROUND:

The Preliminary Plat for the entire Phase II of Havasu Foothills Estates was approved in November of 2016. The Villas portion of the project includes a total of 183 residential lots developed in three phases. The Final Plat of Tract 2380 is the second phase and includes 57 residential lots an open parcel.

 

The applicant has opted to install all subdivision improvements, including streets, sewer, water, drainage, etc. in lieu of providing a financial assurance for their completion. Therefore, the final plat will not be recorded until such time as the required improvements are inspected, approved, and accepted for maintenance by the city.  

 

The Final Plat is provided as an attachment.
