PURPOSE:
To abandon the northerly 3-foot portion of the 8-Foot Public Utility Easement along the southerly property line of Tract 2317, Block 2, Lot 25.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner proposes to expand the buildable area of the property.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 19-3352 abandoning the northerly 3-foot portion of the 8-Foot Public Utility Easement along the southerly property line of Tract 2317, Block 2, Lot 25, as described in the attached Exhibits A and B, to create additional building area.
