PURPOSE:
To approve a Final Condominium Subdivision Plat for Esperanza Condos Plat of Tract 2252, Block 3, Lot 7, creating 18 residential condominiums, a storage unit, pool house, covered parking, and Parcel A common area.
BACKGROUND:
The .85-acre property is located on the east side of Lake Havasu Avenue and is zoned Residential Multi-Family (R-M) District. The R-M District allows multi-family residential as a permitted use. The proposed plat will allow the units to be individually owned, as part of an association for the common portions of the site. Building plans have been approved by the City. The owner proposed a condominium plat in order to sell each of the proposed 18 residential units. The entire project includes:
• 18 residential units at 606 square feet
• 18 covered parking spaces
• Pool and pool house
• A storage building
• Parcel A common area
