PURPOSE:
To approve a Final Condominium Subdivision Plat for Absolute Boat and RV Storage creating 51 condominium storage units.
BACKGROUND:
The 1.9-acre property is located at the corner of Corona Drive and Alley 12, immediately adjacent to Culver’s Restaurant. The property is zoned C-2 (General Commercial) District. The C-2 District allows storage units as one of the many permitted uses. The complex will include two access drives from Corona Drive and no proposed access to the alley. All adjacent properties have the same zoning and have been developed. Building plans have been approved by the City. The owner is proposing a condominium plat in order to sell each of the proposed 51 individual storage units. The entire project includes;
• Building A: 18 units
• Building B: 15 units and utility room
• Building C: 18 units
• Landscaping and parking
