PURPOSE:
To approve a Final Condominium Subdivision Plat for Luxelocker creating 30 condominium storage units and a common area.
BACKGROUND:
The 1.27-acre property is located at the corner of Candlewood Drive and Sweetwater Avenue. The property is zoned C-2 (General Commercial) District. The C-2 District allows storage units as one of the many permitted uses. The owner proposed a condominium plat in order to sell each of the 30 individual storage units. The entire project includes:
• Building A: 13 units
• Building B: 8 units and utility room
• Building C: 9 units
• Parcel A, common area
Adjacent properties to the west are developed as storage units. The Final Condominium Plat is provided as an attachment.
