PURPOSE:
To approve a final subdivision plat for Tract 2383, a 13.18-acre portion of the Arroyos’ Subdivision to include 29 residential lots, Parcel N, and public right-of-way.
BACKGROUND:
In November of 2016, the City Council adopted amendments to Phase II of the Havasu Foothills Estates including the approval of a preliminary plat for the 202 acres. Phase II includes the Villas and the Arroyos areas. The final plat for Tract 2382 (Phase I of the Arroyos) was approved by Council July 10, 2018. This request is the final plat for Tract 2383, in Phase II of the Arroyos portion of the development. The plat includes the next 29 lots of the 120 total lots in the Arroyos area of the Foothills Estates.
