PURPOSE:
To ensure compliance with the City’s current contracted service agency agreements.
BACKGROUND:
As part of the Fiscal Year 2018-19 contracted service agency agreements, revenue and expenditure reports and statistical data reporting to the City is required. This is the second quarter reporting for Fiscal Year 2018-19. H.A.V.E.N. Family Resource Center and Western Arizona Humane Society reported as required.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Outsourcing these services enables the City to provide services that potentially could not be available to the community otherwise.
FISCAL IMPACT:
H.A.V.E.N. annual contract $73,274
Western Arizona Humane Society annual contract $250,000
