PURPOSE:
To abandon a 9-square foot triangular portion of a 10-foot by 78-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the western property line of Tract 122, Block 8, Lot 23.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner requests the abandonment to allow for additional building area.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 19-3279 abandoning a 9-square foot triangular portion of a 10-foot by 78-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the western property line of Tract 122, Block 8, Lot 23, as described in the attached Exhibits “A” and “B” to create additional building area.
