PURPOSE:
Award Agreement for Professional Services (Construction Management) for the Lake Havasu Avenue Reconstruction Project, Project No. ST3270 in accordance with City Code § 3.10.040.
BACKGROUND:
Staff negotiated a fee of $159,746 with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. for Construction Management Services, which we feel is fair and reasonable.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
The Lake Havasu Avenue Reconstruction Project will provide safety enhancements by installing medians and reconstructing pedestrian facilities to current ADA standards as well as upgrade aging public infrastructure such as water and sewer mains, manholes, drainage and stormwater improvements, roadway surfaces, and traffic signal components.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Sufficient funds are available in the funds indicated above (Lake Havasu Avenue Reconstruction Project No. ST3270, Account No. 221-5110-403.62-03).
