PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #06 Bar Liquor License application for Shotgun Jenny’s Saloon.
BACKGROUND:
Anthony Edward Guardalabene has applied for a Series #06 bar liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. This location is properly zoned for a liquor license.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
