PURPOSE:
To abandon the northwestern 10-foot by 10-foot portion of the 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the southwestern property line of Tract 2201, Block 16, Lot 2.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner requests the abandonment to allow for additional building area.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 18-3261 abandoning the northwestern 10-foot by 10-foot portion of the 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the southwestern property line of Tract 2201, Block 16, Lot 2, as described in the attached Exhibits “A” and “B” to create additional building area.
