PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #07 Beer and Wine Bar Liquor License application for Scotty’s Broasted Chicken and Ribs.
BACKGROUND:
Darren Scott Brennan has applied for a Series #07 beer and wine bar liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. This location is properly zoned for a liquor license.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
