PURPOSE:
To approve a final subdivision plat for Tract 2382, a 12.7-acre portion of the Arroyos’ Subdivision to include 27 residential lots, Parcel H, retention basin, and public right-of-way.
BACKGROUND:
In November of 2016, the City Council adopted amendments to Phase II of the Havasu Foothills Estates including the approval of a preliminary plat for the 202 acres. Phase II Development Plan is provided as an attachment. The first final plat for a portion of the Villas was approved in September of 2017. This request is the first final plat for the Arroyos portion of the development. The plat includes the first 27 lots of the 120 total lots in the Arroyos area of the Foothills Estates.
