PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #18 In-state Craft Distillery Liquor License application for Copper Still Distillery.
BACKGROUND:
Andrew Tigh Andersen has applied for a Series #18 In-State Craft Distillery liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. This location is properly zoned for a liquor license.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
