To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #09S Sampling Privileges Liquor License application for Smith’s Food & Drug Store #188.
BACKGROUND:
Stephen Troy Pace has applied for a Series #09S sampling privileges liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met and no objections were received. This location is properly zoned for a liquor license.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
