PURPOSE:
To abandon the westerly 5-foot by approximately 100-foot portion of the 10-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the eastern property line of Tract 2157, Block 13, Lot 8.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner requests the abandonment to allow for additional building area.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 18-3222 abandoning the westerly 5-foot by approximately 100-foot portion of the 10-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the eastern property line of Tract 2157, Block 13, Lot 8, as described in the attached Exhibits “A” and “B,” to create additional building area.
