PURPOSE:
To approve the Master Subscription Agreement for products and services with Granicus.
BACKGROUND:
The City has been using Granicus software since 2009. In FY 2013-14, the City initiated a Granicus Services Agreement (Agreement) with Granicus for the Legislative Management Suite and VoteCast Meeting Efficiency Suite to provide a complete and automated agenda and meeting workflow solution while also offering a central and searchable public portal for citizens and staff. This Agreement was for one year with two additional annual renewals. The term of the Agreement commenced on January 23, 2018; therefore, the attached new Agreement effective January 23, 2018, will continue the City’s current products and services for one year with two additional annual renewals.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Providing public access to public meetings and video, information, and electronic voting, while also delivering a paperless agenda and minutes management system allows the City to be more efficient and transparent.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds for this agreement are appropriated in account #110-1620-401-33-12.
