PURPOSE:
To appoint one regular member to the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Police Board and to the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Fire Board.
BACKGROUND:
The City Clerk’s office received one application requesting consideration for appointment to the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Boards. The appointment is needed to fill one (1) member vacancy on each Board that expired July 1, 2017.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Board, committee, and commission members play a pivotal role in providing guidance and direction on numerous issues that develop our community.
