To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #07 Beer and Wine Bar Liquor License application for That Dane Bar.
BACKGROUND:
Lisa Marie Benz has applied for a Series #07 liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. This location is properly zoned for a liquor license.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
