PURPOSE:
To abandon the southerly 3-foot by 115-foot portion of a 10-foot by 125-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the northerly property line of Tract 2208, Block 7, Lot 17.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner requests the abandonment to allow for additional building area.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 17-3184 abandoning the southerly 3-foot by 115-foot portion of a 10-foot by 125-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the northerly property line of Tract 2208, Block 7, Lot 17, as described in the attached Exhibits “A” and “B,” to create additional building area.
