The United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking to enter into a State and Local Task Force Agreement with Lake Havasu City (Police Department) to assist with disrupting drug trafficking throughout the State of Arizona.  The Agreement requires the Lake Havasu City Police Department to assign one (1) officer to the DEA Task Force for a period of not less than two years.  Lake Havasu City (Police Department) will continue to be responsible for the officer’s salary and benefits, and DEA will reimburse for overtime related to task force activities, as well as any associated supplies, training, equipment, and other support items.
