PURPOSE:
To recommend approval/disapproval of a Class “A” Bingo License Transfer of Location for Havasu Masonic Lodge No. 64.
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Keith McCormack, has applied for a transfer of location of a Class “A” Bingo License for the Havasu Masonic Lodge No. 64, from 186 London Bridge Road (Knights of Columbus) to 271 Lake Havasu Avenue South (Quality Inn & Suites). No objections were received from staff regarding this request.
Based on the above, staff recommends that the City Council recommend approval of this location transfer.

I move to recommend that the Arizona Department of Revenue approve a Class “A” Bingo License transfer of location for the Havasu Masonic Lodge No. 64 from 186 London Bridge Road to 271 Lake Havasu Avenue South.
