PURPOSE:
To abandon the northerly 1-foot by the westerly 5-foot of the 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement near the easterly property line of Tract 2143, Block 12, Lot 1.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner requests the abandonment to allow for additional building area.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 17-3169 abandoning the northerly 1-foot by the westerly 5-foot of the 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement near the easterly property line of Tract 2143, Block 12, Lot 1, as described in the attached Exhibits “A” and “B,” to create additional building area.
