To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License application for El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant, 141 Swanson Avenue #5.
BACKGROUND:
Jesus Erik Vazquez Sarmiento has applied for a Series #12 liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
