PURPOSE:
Adopt a resolution appointing regular and alternate members to the Airport Advisory Board due to upcoming and current vacancies.
BACKGROUND:
The City Clerk’s office received two applications requesting consideration for reappointment as a regular pilot member, one application requesting consideration for reappointment as a regular non-pilot member, and one application requesting consideration for appointment as an alternate pilot member to the Airport Advisory Board. The appointments are necessary to fill the expiring terms of regular pilot and non-pilot members, and the expired term of an alternate pilot member.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Board, committee, and commission members play a pivotal role in providing guidance and direction on numerous issues that develop our community.
