PURPOSE:
To abandon the northerly 10-foot by 25-foot portion of a 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the western property line of Tract 2227, Block 5, Lot 22.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner requests these abandonments to allow for additional building area.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 17-3147 abandoning the northerly 10-foot by 25-foot portion of a 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the western property line of Tract 2227, Block 5, Lot 22, as described in the attached Exhibits “A” and “B,” to create additional building area.
