PURPOSE:
To approve a Final Subdivision Plat for Villas Del Sol Condominiums creating eleven residential airspace units.
BACKGROUND:
In March of 2016, this property was rezoned to R-3 (Limited Multi-Family). The Preliminary Plat was approved by the Planning Commission on May 3, 2017. The owner decided to create residential airspace for the residential units to be located on the property. Each one bedroom unit is approximately 660 square feet. The balance of the property will remain common area under association ownership.
