PURPOSE:

To approve a Final Plat for Tract 2384 in Havasu Foothills Estates to include the completion of Phase I Cherry Tree Boulevard extension and commercial Lots 1 and 2.

 

BACKGROUND:

The Preliminary Plat for this portion of Havasu Foothills was approved about eight years ago with Phase I.  Cherry Tree Boulevard right-of-way was never developed beyond the intersection of Avienda Tierra Vista. Throughout Phase I this right-of-way was used to access the job trailer and work site on Lot 2 of this subdivision. Now that improvements have been made to the right-of-way, this Final Plat will complete Phase I platting. The plat includes Cherry Tree Boulevard right-of-way extension to the intersection of Foothills Avenue and two commercial parcels.
