PURPOSE:
To abandon the condominium plat entitled 2730 Condominiums and revert the property back to the original Tract 121, Block 11, Lot 1.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner requests the abandonment to remove the condominium designation from the existing buildings and property.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
