PURPOSE:
Ratify the City Manager’s execution of the Test Center Agreement with National Testing Network (NTN).
BACKGROUND:
The Lake Havasu City Human Resources/Risk Management Division administers the Law Enforcement Frontline National Video-Based Testing System on behalf of NTN as a convenience to applicants who are applying to be a Police Officer/Trainee with Lake Havasu City. In order to maintain the ability to continue to offer this testing onsite and potentially other testing, NTN requires a Test Center Agreement. The nearest testing locations are in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Phoenix, Arizona. The ability to host the testing locally has proven to expand our applicant pool.

Provides a local and convenient opportunity for employment testing.
