On September 27, 2016, Contract No. 2460, Project No. SM313N, FY 2016-17 Crack Seal Program was awarded to Cholla Pavement Maintenance, Inc. in the amount of $177,840.00 for approximately 56 miles of roadway. This Change Order increased the amount of work done by $25,701.00 (net of $20,701.00 utilizing FA savings) and 5.25 miles.
