PURPOSE:
To abandon the entire 20-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the common property line of Tract 2167, Block 23, Lots 6 and 7.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner requests these abandonments to allow for additional building area.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 17-3140 abandoning the entire 20-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the common property line of Tract 2167, Block 23, Lots 6 and 7, as described in the attached Exhibits “A” and “B,” to create additional building area.
