PURPOSE:
Award Agreement for Construction Management Services for Wash Stabilization Improvements in accordance with City Code Section 3.10.040.2 (Project Number DR1010).
BACKGROUND:
The contract for construction of Wash Stabilization Improvements Bid Package #1 is currently recommended for award. The award of this Agreement will provide for the Construction Management of said project, to include inspection, reporting, progress meetings, etc.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
The Wash Stabilization Improvements Bid Package #1 project will provide much needed wash stabilization and improvements to various wash reaches within Lake Havasu City. Completion of the improvements is crucial to the protection of the washes and surrounding properties.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Appropriations in the amount of $122,224.00 are available in Project DR1010 account 526-4110-421.62-03
