PURPOSE:
To approve a Final Plat of Tract 2182, Block 9, Lot 2, 1120 Catalina Drive for a Condominium Subdivision of Airspace.
BACKGROUND:
In 2016, the owners submitted building plans including three residential units. The Certificate of Occupancy was issued for the units in November. Once approved, the applicant/owner submitted a Condominium Subdivision Plat identifying the airspace for each of the units creating a Condominium Association for review and approval. The Preliminary Plat was reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission at their February 1, 2017 meeting. The Final Plat reflecting the three units is provided as Attachment #1.
