PURPOSE:
Adopt a resolution approving Addendum No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement with Mohave County for the installation and maintenance of Wayfinding Signs along certain county roads.
BACKGROUND:
This Addendum provides Lake Havasu City installation and maintenance responsibilities of three (3) wayfinding signs located in the right-of-way of London Bridge Road and Fathom Drive as indicated in the Addendum. These 3 signs identify Crystal Beach and Castle Rock Bay.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Assigning single sign maintenance responsibilities for all Wayfinding Signs provides for better continuity of maintenance and efficiency.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Road maintenance is budgeted annually in the Highway User Revenue Fund (HURF). This IGA will not result in additional cost to road maintenance projects.
