PURPOSE:
To abandon the eastern 5-foot by 40-foot portion of the 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility, Drainage, and Anchor Easement along the westerly property line of Tract 2229, Block 3, Lot 31.
BACKGROUND:
Property owner requests abandonment to allow additional building area for a pool.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property will increase the assessed valuation. The City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 16-3092 abandoning the eastern 5-foot by 40-foot portion of the 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility, Drainage, and Anchor Easement along the westerly property line of Tract 2229, Block 3, Lot 31, as described in the attached Exhibits “A” & “B” to create additional building area.
