PURPOSE:
To abandon the northwesterly10-foot by 10-foot portion of a 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the southwesterly property line of Tract 2218, Block 7, Lot 18.
BACKGROUND:
Property owner requests abandonment to allow additional building area.
All outside utilities were notified and no objections were received.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property will increase the assessed valuation. The City will receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 16-3088 abandoning the northwesterly10-foot by 10-foot portion of a 10-foot by 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the southwesterly property line of Tract 2218, Block 7, Lot 18, as described in the attached Exhibit “A” to create additional building area.
