PURPOSE:
Ratify amendment to Services Contract, Contract No. B15-Janitorial, in accordance with City Code Section §3.10.020.12
BACKGROUND:
This Amendment is for the continuation of janitorial services to various municipal facilities for the third and final term, and includes an increase in services to City Hall.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Contracting service for janitorial duties for the majority of City facilities is the most cost effective method.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The various City budgets have the appropriate funding in their areas of activity for this function. The contract amount is approximately $80,000 annually for the various department facilities as originally bid, and adding $2,940 for additional cleaning tasks at City Hall.
